About Me
I received my Ph.D. degree in the Department of Life Sciences and Institute of Genome Sciences, National Yan-Ming University, Taipei, Taiwan in 2011. Under the supervised by Dr. Nan-Shih Liao at Institute of Molecular Biology, Academia Sinica, I studied the role of IL-15 system in astrocyte survival under oxygen glucose deprivation condition, the mechanism of natural killer (NK) cell-based cancer immunotherapy, and the role of IL-15 system in NK cell development. My current research interests are neuroimmunology involving studies on cerebral ischemia and clearance system in the central nervous system. My future research goal is to elucidate the mechanism of immune response in cerebral ischemia and to invent a novel stroke immunotherapy.
